Overview

Payment for annual football subscriptions and parent ORA membership is done via WebCollect, an online system in use by the club across all sections.

At least one parent must purchase a club (ORA) annual membership for their child to be able to join any sporting section. Each child then needs an individual Football Subscription for the season.

Full payment must be made before 1st September 2022. Players will not be permitted to take part in any matches or subsequent training until this is received.

However we at Ruts Youth always want to support our parents & players where we can. If anyone has specific individual circumstances where they need flexibility with respect to subs then please contact us, either via your manager or direct at oldrutsfootball@gmail.com, and we will see what we can do.

How To Use WebCollect

All existing players from last season will already have logins and details on WebCollect. You should use the Existing Members process below.

Any new players will need to follow the New Members process to create a new account with WebCollect.

You should add all products to your basket before moving to the checkout to complete purchase. There are two payment options.

Option 1 – Direct Debit (via Go Cardless)
It is easiest if people pay online by a one-time direct debit as this means you only ever need enter your details once and the payment is automatically assigned to your child/membership. You have full control, no payment is ever taken without your knowledge. This is our preferred method of payment as it vastly reduces the administrative effort for our volunteers so please use if at all possible.

Option 2 – Bank transfer (BACS)
Bank transfer is also supported but you must make that payment yourself outside of WebCollect once you have completed your order within the system. You must use the account details and payment reference number received on the email order confirmation.

Existing Members

1. Go to https://webcollect.org.uk/oldruts/category/football

Click on ‘Renew Subscriptions’ and login to your account when prompted.

2. You should be presented with a list of your subscriptions, including ‘Membership: Parent of Player’ and ‘Football: Juniors ‘ rows.

For your Parent Membership click on ‘Renew’ to add to basket.

For your Junior Playing sub click on ‘Buy a different subscription’

and then re-add from the Football subscriptions tab.

You should also be prompted to complete the Football Subscription Form which collects mandatory information such as emergency contact details, parental consent etc.

3. Select ‘Checkout’. You will be prompted to review/complete details of family members and then proceed to entering payment details to complete your purchase.

New Members

1. Go to https://webcollect.org.uk/oldruts/category/football

Click on ‘View All Subscriptions’.

2. You should be presented with a tabbed screen detailing available subscriptions.

Click on ‘Club Membership (ORA)’ tab and add at least one ‘Membership: Parent of Player’ subscription to your basket.

Click on ‘Football Subs’ tab and add one standard ‘Football: Juniors’ subscription per child to your basket.

You should also be prompted to complete the Football Subscription Form which collects mandatory information such as emergency contact details, parental consent etc.

3. Select ‘Checkout’. Please ensure you select Sign up for my Family (or someone in my care) if you have not used Webcollect before.

If you have used Webcollect before just Sign in with your existing details.

You will be asked to add any other family members later. You only need to add family members who you will be buying a subscription or membership for. If there are none, skip this step.

You will be prompted to review/complete various details and then proceed to entering payment details to complete your purchase.
